Teachers will only earn the Classroom Reward by submitting 20 completed physical forms by the respective deadline. Even if a parent signs up for the Energy Efficiency Kit online or via phone, they should make sure to fill out that form saying they did so (before the deadline) in order for the teacher to get credit.

All necessary materials are provided to participating classroom teachers. Teachers should mail in their 20 completed forms via the pre-paid envelope provided in these materials. They can also scan the forms and email them to StudentKit@nationaltheatre.com if their envelope is misplaced.
